The goal of creating the Cosmic Sand Box is to give you tools to awaken you to the powerful essence of your true nature... to help you become Energy Aware. Our entire Universe is essentially energy in vibration - including you. Your thoughts have vibration, and when combined with strong emotions, the vibration increases in intensity. Emotions are energy in motion. You are a COSMIC BEING.

Try this exercise to see what I mean. Throw your arms open and say "YES" or "Thank You" and smile. The vibration you create accelerates and expands outward in light and life affirming energy patterns, which are invisible to the naked eye, but very real nevertheless. Do you feel the energy?

Now fold your arms across your chest and say "NO" and frown. Feel your energy drop. It vibrates slower and feels heavier and sometimes even darker.

We are always emitting energy vibration. Most of us have been oblivious to this fact. Even if we were conscious of it, we didn't realize we could control or direct it through our intentional thoughts and emotions. The Truth has been hidden from us in myths, symbols and parables. There has always been a PATTERN to the "how it works", which we haven't been taught. Now is the time to reveal the key to this PATTERN of life's mysteries that only the ancient mystics, priests or shamans knew.
